What Information we may collect

We do not collect or store any personal information about you, except for what you voluntarily provide us through yamaindustrials.com or other contact, and the information your browser sends to us automatically. We may also receive information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms, and other third parties.

Information You Directly Provide Us

When you sign up for a YAMA account, we may collect a few details about you however is not stored by YAMA, such as:

*Your email address (for billing, account status, system status updates)

*IP address (for initial set-up & billing)

*Payment contact information (for billing)

Payment information is necessary for some YAMA services and may include your name, address, and credit card information. Your credit card information is used solely for billing purposes by our payment providers, Zoho, Square, Stripe, and PayPal. Your credit card information will be subject to Zoho, Stripe, Square or PayPal’s privacy policy rather than our privacy policy.

Your credit card number and CVV are never stored on YAMA’s systems, and no one at YAMA can access them.

We do not use cookies, however some of our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to help our users interact with us/them, as well as for analytical and support purposes (as described above).
