11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You waive any right to trial by jury and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis (not as a class action).

14. Service Engagement
If you choose to engage Yama Industrials for professional services, support services, advisory services, or any other services, your engagement is governed by the Main Service Agreement and all policies published at www.resources.yamaindustrials.com, not by these Terms of Use.
15. General Provisions
15.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yama Industrials concerning your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.3. No Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Yama Industrials. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
