# Covid-19

**On-Going Policy Updates**

This post provides an update on how YAMA Industrials, Inc is adapting to the outbreak of the coronavirus and how this might impact your interaction with us. We will continue to update this post, as the situation evolves.

Given the increasing global infection rates of the coronavirus (Covid-19), we have changed some of our work policies to first prioritize the safety of our employees, associates, their families, and all our customers and business associates.

**Working Remotely Policy**

As of March 10th, we have adopted Work Remotely as the default policy for our offices as a matter of precaution, although we have had no known cases of infection. We will retain this policy until the threat of the virus has passed, or has reduced substantially.

At this stage, we do not anticipate any change to YAMA services in any geographic region. Customers can expect to receive the same level of services as before. Should there be any changes due to unforeseen circumstances, please check back on this post for an update.

**Customer Support to Continue Uninterrupted**

Our (SDA/I) Software-Defined-Architecture, Infrastructure, Frameworks, and Automations were built with redundancy and resiliency in mind. All your usual channels to reach us — phone, web, and chat — will remain open.

We hope this virus will be contained soon and that life resumes normally for all of us. As always, we thank you all for your business with YAMA. Please stay safe and we wish you and your families the best.
