The terms and conditions outlined in the following Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and/or Main Service Agreement(s) are subject to modification or supplementation by additional or different terms and conditions imposed by third-party and vendor partners that we use to deliver our products and services. These third-party and vendor partners may have their own terms and conditions that govern the use of their products and services, and these terms and conditions may take precedence over the terms and conditions outlined in this SLA and/or Main Service Agreement.

By accepting the terms and conditions of this SLA and/or Main Service Agreement, you acknowledge that you are also subject to the terms and conditions of our third-party and vendor partners, which may be updated or modified from time to time without notice, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as they may be applicable to your use of our products and services.
